लाछा गुजरी की गाये आपने गंतव्य स्थान तक पहुँचाई (You took the cows of Lachha Gujri to their hideout.) तेजाजी महाराज आप ही हो हमारे रखवाले और मालिक भी आप ही हो ॰॰(Tejaji Maharaj, you are our protector and master/Owner too.) १ लाछा की आपने विनती सुनी थी और उनकी विनती पर दोड़कर चले आये और आपने गायों को लुटेरों से बचा के इतिहास में गौरक्षा की नींव रखी थी ॰(You had heard the prayer of Lachha and on his request you came running and by saving the cows from the robbers, you laid the foundation of cow protection in history.) तेजाजी आप मेरे सपनों में आते हो और मुझे दर्शन देते हो (Tejaji you come in my dreams and give me darshan) तेजाजी महाराज आप मेरे रखवाले हो (Tejaji Maharaj you are my protector) २ ढलती हुई रात में लाछा गुजरी को अपनी गाये नज़र नहीं आरही थी ॰(Lachha Gujri could not see his cows in the falling night.) तो तेजाजी आपने गायों को ढूँढ कर वापस ले आए।(So Tejaji, you found the cows and brought them back.) गायों को लुटेरों से छुड़वाकर लाये हो (You have rescued the cows from robbers.) लाछा गुजरी को उसकी गाये सौंप दी (handed over his cows to Lachha Gujri) आपने जो गौरक्षा का वचन दिया था उस प्रण को पूरा किया (You fulfilled the promise you had given to protect cows.) साथ ही साथ लुटेरों के साथ युद्ध में घायल हुए और नाग को दिये हुए वचन पर अडिग रहते हुए सर्पदंश आपने ख़ुद को करवाया था (At the same time, you got injured in a fight with robbers and while remaining firm on your promise to the snake, you got yourself bitten by the snake.) ३ कलयुग में आप वापस अवतार लेवों (May you incarnate again in Kaliyuga.) और गो माता (गायों) की रक्षा करो (And protect the cows) वर्तमान में आपकी गाये संकट में है (Your cows are currently in trouble) आपकी प्यारी घोड़ी लीलण पर चढ़कर क्यों नहीं आ रहे हो (Why aren't you coming riding on your lovely mare Leelan?)
